Participation policy and liability waiver:

PARTICIPATION POLICY
By participating in this camp you give permission to YouthCoachesClinics.com (YCC)  and it's affiliates to use photographs and/or video of you while participating in this camp.  Any photographs or video taken will be used only on YouthCoachesClinics.com or it's affliliates site(s) for promotional purposes.  Video taping of this camp by anyone other than DVS Sports is strictly prohibited. 

LIABILITY WAIVER
All participants taking part in this event do so at their own risk.  No entity
associated with this event, including, but not limited to, any coach, company or
school, assumes liability for any harm or injury suffered, either directly or
indirectly, by a participant. 

Both the participating Quarterback and his Receiver should register and must  have a signed Participation Policy and Liability Wavier.
 
** If you are under the age of 18, you must print the Participation Policy and Liability Wavier found in the left sidebar.  Bring the Policy/Waiver to the camp signed by your parent or guardian.  This will be collected at check in.  If you don't have this signed you cannot participate.
